kudu canyon - limpopo province

15,000 Acres of Hunting Heaven

Limpopo Province

Based on our own ranch - Sabrisa - near Lephalale (Ellisras) we hunt on our own land as well as several other private ranches that we have exclusive access to. We don't hunt any small properties and guarantee that the few fences you might see during your hunt will have absolutely no impact on the fair chase of the hunt.

In 2018, we acquired exclusive hunting rights to some of the most sought after hunting concessions in the region including:

"Grootvley" - a 7,500 acre property known to produce some of the best Kudu trophies in the Waterberg region. Other species that occur here in good numbers include Buffalo, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Red Hartebeest, Mountain Reedbuck and Klipspringer.

"Verdwaalkop" - a 20,000 acre property that we only started actively hunting over the last 2 years with excellent Kudu, Buffalo, Sable and Nyala to name a few.

"Oranjefontein" and "Heynsvlei"- jointly comprising more than 20,000 acres of supreme hunting land with Cape Buffalo, Sable and herd upon herd of Zebra, Blue Wildebeest and Red Hartebeest. "Heynsvlei" has 5 miles of Mogol River frontage, excellent habitat for huge Waterbuck, massive Bushbuck, Crocodile and Hippo.

"Kudu Canyon" - a beautiful property of 15,000 acres adjacent to the Mokolo Dam which is home to great free-ranging Kudu, Nyala, Bushbuck, Klipspringer, Mountain Reedbuck and more.

Depending on the area hunted, the terrain comprise of a mixture of bushveld savannah and thorn-veldt and typical shooting distances vary between 80 and 150 yards. Some challenging mountain hunting opportunities are also available.

Kwa Zulu Natal:

The mountains and riverine areas of Kwa Zulu Natal are prime habitat for Nyala and Cape Bushbuck and the plains and grassveldt areas are excellent for Springbok, Blesbok, Common Reedbuck, Black and Blue Wildebeest.

We have several hunting areas at our disposal around the Battlefields near Dundee, Ladysmith and also the Kwa Zulu Natal Midlands.

Kwa Zulu Natal is produces some of the best Nyala available in Southern Africa and the Midlands is renowned for its quality Common Reedbuck, Mountain Reedbuck and Vaal Rhebuck.

Eastern and Northern Cape:

The open plains of the Eastern and Northern Cape can make for some challenging long range hunting and is an excellent area to hunt for Springbok, Eland, Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest and many others.

We also have excellent areas to hunt the prized Vaal Rhebuck and Cape Grysbok and have a very high success rate on these challenging hunts.
