We have come a long way from a "one-man-band" offering hunts in South Africa to a registered Safari Company that now offers quality hunting safaris in four African countries. I take personal pride in the quality of our safaris so come and join us for a fantastic hunting experience and memories that will last a lifetime.

Chris Troskie Safaris (CTS) was formed in 2003 by Chris, who developed his love for the African bush and wildlife growing up in the Eastern Cape. Having been a keen and dedicated hunter for as long as he can remember, Chris realized a lifelong dream when he became involved in Professional Hunting in 1997. Chris is an avid writer and contributes regularly to several International Hunting Publications.

After hunting for several well-known, well-respected South African Hunting Outfitters and gaining experience not only in guiding clients to African game species but also the finer nuances of outfitting and the needs and expectations of International clientele, Chris formed CTS – originally as a “one man enterprise”. Today, we are a registered Closed Corporation that provides work to several permanent and contract staff members. We remain “small” enough to give personal attention to our clients but we are also “big” enough to meet and exceed everything you could expect from a safari.

Chris’ wife and partner in life is also his partner in business. Originally born in Germany, Sabina later spent 4 years in a safari camp in Tanzania and 6 years in West Africa. Being fluent in the languages of English, Spanish and German, she adds to our versatility in hosting clients from around the world and of course she also provides the feminine touch and fine attention to detail that makes CTS more than “just another” safari company.

CTS has built a reputation as Safari Outfitter with integrity and honesty that is obsessed with service,  the quality of our hunts and the trophies that we produce.

Our impeccable reputation allows us to work closely with top Outfitters in other African countries including Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique and also gives us access to some of the best public and private hunting areas throughout Southern Africa.
