Company Profile

Humble Beginnings:

Chris Troskie Safaris (CT Safaris) was founded in 2003 by Chris Troskie, who developed his love for the African bush and wildlife while growing up in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Having been a keen and dedicated hunter for as long as he can remember, Chris opted to focus on a "boutique" hunting experience - centered around the expectations and needs of his Clients - as opposed to filling up a safari lodge with different people from around the World.

We started out as a  "one-man-band" offering hunts in South Africa. And whilst we have since grown to become a registered Company, our business philosophy has not changed. We remain dedicated to providing you with the best and most exclusive African safari experience possible.

Our business is driven by our passion for people, hunting and conservation and we now offer exclusive hunting safaris in four African countries including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

Today,  Chris Troskie Safaris is a name that is reckoned and respected throughout the African Safari Industry and some of our Clients reserve dates up to 3 years in advance to secure a booking for our hunting safaris.

Chris Troskie Safaris provides employment to several permanent and contract staff members. We remain “small” enough to give personal attention to our clients but we are also “big” enough to provide everything you could expect from your safari and even more...

Chris’ wife - Sabina - is also his partner in business. Sabina provides the feminine touch and fine attention to detail that makes CT Safaris more than “just another” safari company.

CT Safaris has built a reputation as Safari Outfitter with integrity and honesty that is obsessed with service as well as  the quality of our hunts and the trophies that we produce.

Our impeccable reputation allows us to work closely with top Outfitters in other African countries including Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique and also gives us access to some of the best public and private hunting areas throughout Southern Africa.
