Hunting in true Hemmingway style directly from a authentic African tented camp comprising of four tents - all with bathrooms en-suite - this is a plains game safari dream. The hunting area borders the Limpopo River inside the Tuli Block of Botswana and is within an easy 5 hour drive from Oliver Tambo Airport or a 2 hour drive from our Ranch. Game is plentiful inside this 30,000 acre hunting preserve and excellent Greater Kudu, Gemsbok (Oryx), Waterbuck, Impala, Bushbuck and most other plains game species are available.

Business Terms and Conditions:
1.Daily rates are charged for all days on safari including day of arrival and day of departure.
2.A non-refundable down payment equal to 50% of the daily rate for plains game and / or 50% of the trophy fee in the case of Big Five species is payable once the details of your hunt has been finalized in order to secure your booking. Where applicable scheduled air transfers are to be paid in full in advance.
3.The balance of your daily rates is payable via electronic bank transfer thirty days prior to your arrival.
4.All other expenses incurred during your safari including that of animals killed or wounded is payable in cash on your last safari day.
5.Because we reserve the time of PH's and incur costs in booking camps as soon as you have made your down payment, your down payment is not refundable, unless we cancel the safari or you can secure a replacement booking for us. A “replacement booking” is defined as someone that books a hunt in your place after being referred to our safari company by yourself. Should you cancel your hunt and be unable to secure a replacement booking, you may utilize your deposit to secure a booking for an alternative hunt within a sixty day period after the date of canceling your safari. If you do not book another safari within sixty days, your deposit will be forfeited.
6.Due to exchange rate fluctuations we cannot guarantee our rates or prices and these are subject to change. You will be advised in advance of any price changes and prices will not be changed after your arrival.
Your daily rates include the following:
1.Transportation between JohannesburgInternationalAirport and hunting camp, hunting camp and hunting areas.
2.Services of a licensed and experienced Professional Hunter, equipped hunting vehicle and the required field staff.
3.All accommodations, meals and non-alcoholic beverages
4.Daily laundry service.
5.Tracking, skinning and field preparation of trophies.
6.Hunting licenses and permits unless otherwise specified.
Your daily rates exclude the following:
1.14% Value Added Tax on daily rates.
2.Trophy Fees and CITES import / export permits where required.
3.Taxidermy fees including dipping, packing and shipping charges as well as delivery of raw trophies to shipping agent ($150.00)
4.Firearm importation permits ($100 per firearm).
5.Liquor, tobacco and gratuities.
6.Accommodation and transportation costs incurred before and after contracted duration of safari.
7.Rental of hunting rifles and use of ammunition.
8.PHASA conservation levy (voluntary $10.00 per bagged animal).
9.Cost of charter flights to and from hunting concession where required.
